Trim and Healthy
Trim Healthy Mama....
The idea is this: You can eat healthy carbs and healthy fats...just not at the same time if you want to lose weight.
This is low glycemic eating BUT, you can eat desserts like crazy! Chocolate cake, fudge, cheesecake, puddings, pancakes with berry sauce, all of these wonderful items, sweetened with a brand of non-bitter Stevia extract and using healthy fats.
It makes sense.
I could write on and on about it, but there are a few sites that do the explaining better than I ever could.
